"What a credit to the profession. Thank you!"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

Paramedics arrived due to me experiencing chest pains and I was in a panic by the time they arrived.

Both Stuart (technician) and the paramedic (can’t remember his name) were so supportive, helped ease me with humour and were thorough in their investigations.

What a credit to the profession. Thank you!

Morning earthwb55,

It's brilliant to hear your kind words about the care you received recently from our staff. Chest pain can be a very scary experience so I'm glad they were able to put you at ease and were so supportive.

They'll be delighted to see this positive feedback, thanks very much for taking the time to post them. If you'd like us to try and track them down within the system and send this directly to them, could you send your name, address, date and time of call out to sas.feedback@nhs.scot please?

I hope you're on the mend now and feeling better.

We wish you all the very best,

Thanks again,

Mark
