I experienced my first (and hopefully only) endoscopy today and want to express my thanks to the lovely staff. From arrival to departure, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was informed throughout of every aspect of the procedure and felt listened to and cared for.

Due to no fault of the nursing team, there was a slight delay, however, I was frequently checked on and kept informed. The staff in this team made what could have been an unpleasant experience more than bearable. Thank you.
