"Very thankful for all they do for me"

About: Carseview Centre / Electro Convulsive Therapy Service (ECT)

(as the patient),

The treatment I receive is every 4 weeks for depression. I am always extremely anxious but am always treated like they actually care about me, and they make me feel I am safe in their hands. The treatment has always gone well and is keeping me alive. I don’t think I would have made it this far without the treatment and all the staff. I feel like I am treated with respect and care and am very thankful for all they do for me (even when I feel like I don’t deserve it) . I am supported out with the treatments too, constant monitoring and feel like I have constant support out with treatments. Everything is always explained to me very well and I’m kept updated of any changes. I feel like I am able to discuss any problems I might have without being judged and my husband is also happy with how I am being treated, and grateful he’s slowly getting his wife back and my kids can see their mum is getting better.
