I spoke to the receptionist regarding my mum's treatment and she was very rude to me, raised voices with the word "don't call this number again". I was in shock and wondering if one cannot make an enquiry about something and get a nice response to that. This broke my heart because if my mum wasn't so sick for me to get the best treatment that she needed, I wouldn't have contacted this practice. I hope this is looked into. One should feel welcomed and assured in a gp practice. Thanks. Jennifer
