"Quick to put support in place"

About: Enhanced Care / Intermediate Care Services (ICS)

(as a service user),

We are very grateful to the ICS team from Armagh & Dungannon who worked with mum over a period of weeks after illness resulted in a loss of mobility.

Mum was visited and assessed promptly by a physiotherapist and OT who were quick to put support in place. Mum built up a great relationship with her physio and enjoyed the weekly sessions. Her confidence and stability when mobilising have improved which is a great outcome.

Very many thanks to the ladies for your input and support.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback regarding your recent experience with our Intermediate Care Service.

The OT and physio along with the Rehab Support Workers aim to provide support and rehabilitation to allow people to regain their function/ mobility as much as possible and am delighted that this has been your experience and that your mum's mobility and confidence have improved.

I will be sure to feed this message back to the Armagh and Dungannon team.

Wishing you and your mum all the best
