"Professional and caring approach and excellent skills"

I was seen by a Foot Specialist in QEUH due to severe and disabling foot pain. This was preventing my usual activities, and I had to take time off work. The Specialist referred me for an opinion from the local Orthotics and Physio team to improve my symptoms and allow me to return to work. The team (Jamie and Jordann) were excellent - they were kind and patient centered in care and brilliant at keeping me up to date with the process. Jamie in particular was great - he did a very thorough clinical assessments and explained in detail how to use my adapted shoes. My symptoms are now much better as a result. The Orthotic and Physio teams should be commended for their professional and caring approach in addition to their excellent clinic skills.
