"Kind and compassionate care"

About: General Surgery / Ward 6B Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with biliary colic and in an lot of pain. I am grateful to the teams in ED and Ward 6B in RVH who looked after me. They were under significant pressure yet were all amazing. I am very grateful for their kind and compassionate care.
