About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

My partner became unwell had to call 111 and they decided to send out an ambulance. I would just like to thank the 2 guys that came to see to my partner sorry I can’t remember their names but they were absolutely incredible, polite respectful, and first class at their job and also made an unpleasant situation quite funny and made us smile what a credit to the ambulance service so thank you both so much for the care my partner received

Thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback about our staff who cared for your partner recently. It's great to hear and they'll be really pleased to hear they delivered a first class (and humorous!) service.

Although you cant remember their names, we can try and track them down on the system to allow us to send your comments directly to them. We'd need some extra details such as patient name, address, date and time of call out to be sent to sas.feedback@nhs.scot if you had a spare few minutes.
