"Spinel surgery assessment appointment "

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust

Turned up at 12pm for a 12.20 appointment and was advised there was a delay, 1 hour 20 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be and was told by the nurse I was next, a further 15 minutes later the consultant opened the door and then asked another patient to go in. This person wasn’t supposed to have been before me.,

I left the building angrily got in my car to begin the journey home, whilst on route the consultant rang and said I was supposed to be seeing him and not the other patient, he also said he called my name which was a complete lie as he didn’t utter a word when he opened his door. I told him that after sitting in reception for almost two hours in pain, I was not prepared to be treated like this

I finished the call by telling him is to stick his appointment. The Walton and the NHS are more interested in Diversty, dealing with foreign nationals and employing incompetents. In future I will suffer in silence, there is no way I would trust the Walton to operate on me after todays events

Avoid the NHS at all costs
