About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics) Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was unwell and required acute treatment. The staff assessed and treated him in a timely manner. The staff had excellent bedside manner, they were kind and had a great way with kids. Sadly I cannot remember their names, however I would like to thank them for the 1st class care he received.

Thank you Elaine553 for taking the time to provide this nice feedback about our paediatric services in Craigavon Hospital, In particular I'm glad to hear how the staff in ED and Blossom assessed and provided him with the care he needed and that they had a good bedside manner regarding they way they communicated with him and you.
