"Staff was excellent and made my daughter feel more relaxed"

The attention my daughter and grandson received from nurses, doctors and admin staff was excellent and made my daughter feel more relaxed.  

The timescale from phoning NHS24 to seeing a doctor at Douglas Street Hamilton out of hours was less than two hours

I was pleased to read that your daughter and grandson were made to feel relaxed, and I was delighted that NHS 24 played a role in their overall positive patient journey. It was great to read that the attention they received was excellent and they received care within two hours.
