"Bad experience "

I went to the practice for a smear test and nurse was shockingly unprofessional. It took very long time for her to “reach the point” and then she was scratching and scratching and scratching. When I told her I’ve had enough and she should stop, she didn’t listen, she didn’t stop, she said she must have enough material for the test otherwise I would need to do retest. It was a torture.

Practice should employ a nurse who is more experienced and more qualified for this kind of job
