I had to take my 11 month daughter in to the Vic to have blood tests carried out. All the staff were absolutely amazing. As an admittedly nervous mum, Fiona put me at ease and spent time talking me through what was happening. Fiona made me feel supported and we got through the appointment with just a few tears.
