Doctors couldn't wait to get my wife off ward 84.. information as to my wife's condition was a waste of time...and on discharge. We were sat nearly 6 hours for someone to get their finger out...terrible

I am very sorry to read your concerns regarding problems with your wife's discharge. The level of service that you have described is not what we wish to offer.

It would be useful for our services and for future patients if you could discuss the matters you have raised further with our Trust’s Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS). This would also allow us look into the matters you have raised more thoroughly.
