"A very positive experience "

Having never done anything like this even though it was a long time coming. I would recommend to anyone that is struggling and has bottled it up like I had to just put your hands up and take the plunge. I am so glad I have and it’s only the first step for me but they where so nice and just canny really i bottled doing anything about my problems for years because i thought i could deal with it on my own. Well I was wrong I just kept going in circles. Hopefully this is the end of going round and round. It was honestly a good experience I am pleased I did.
