"A great initiative for mums to socialise"

About: Antenatal Education / Getting ready for baby

(as a service user),

I am attending the antenatal classes provided by the HSC, and as a first time mum they are absolutely brilliant! The information and genuine care provided in them make it very easy to digest and listen to.

You can tell the midwives that lead these classes genuinely love their job in providing education to us and doing the walking bump activities on a Saturday is a great initiative for mums to socialise and get to know each other, because personally I really think Covid has affected peoples social skills, so having these opportunities are great!

The quality of information is very impressive, it really helps get us mentally, emotionally and physically prepared for all aspects of parenthood.
