(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I've had Hep C for over 20 years, soon as I got to the clinic and spoke to Alan, he made it happen, I was seen on the van the week after.

I'm glad I haven't had to go to a hospital, life has been easier, I haven't had no side effects, and I wouldn't have got it done if they hadn't have come to me.
