"Family in a GP "

I have been a patient at Amwell Group Practice since I was a baby, back when they were based on Clerkenwell Road. I still distinctly remember the long green and wooden chair and the bead play toy from those days. Over the years, the care I have received, particularly from Drs, and all the other staff, including the receptionists and pharmacy team, has been absolutely outstanding. I’ve always been able to secure appointments when needed, and the administrative support has been timely and efficient, which has been especially crucial during some very challenging periods in my life and my children’s lives.

In particular, after a fire destroyed my home, Amwell group practice were there to support me, when my face stopped working on one side, I was seen to urgently, and accommodated the fact that I had other serious responsibilities that day, but helped me immensely and I was diagnosed that day. The after care has been amazing too, reducing additional stress.

I am deeply grateful to Amwell Group Practice and the wonderful people who dedicate their lives to helping families like mine. Thank you for everything you do!
