"Excellent care and attention"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

As a repeat customer, I was treated by Elaine for a dog bite, promptly with excellent care and attention: as I was on a previous occasion when I needed stitches on a deep self-inflicted cut. At that time I did not know of this website and sent my appreciation to another NHS website. Elaine helpfully gave me details for your site which I expect to use in future as I appear to be accident prone.

Dear Caringwe43,

thank you for taking the time to submit a care opinion, I hope your wound is healing well, that sounded quite painful!

I will pass on your lovely comments to Elaine and the staff in the MIU, they will be delighted that you found their care excellent and were seen promptly.

thanks again,

with best wishes,

Karen
