"Informative appointment with great aftercare"

On arrival, I was greeted by a very polite and friendly receptionist Louise. I was feeling quite nervous when I was called into the treatment room, I was met by Nigel, Jenny and Dianne who was the team that treated me. They was all amazing, I felt totally at ease, they worked so well as a team. I was treated with respect, they was friendly and very efficient. They was informative with aftercare. Brilliant experience.

I would also like to thank the man who was on the reception in the entrance to the hospital. I struggled with the car park machines, (totally my fault) he helped me. I was very grateful.
