"Fantastic care and service at Speedwell"

I had a very supportive and helpful conversation on the phone to day with a mental health practitioner. My needs and requests were understood and next steps were acted on straight away. I am grateful for the high quality care and service that I get as a patient at The Speedwell Practice. Everyone from the reception team on the phone and in person, to the GPs, nurses and mental health practitioners are caring and professional and I fell like I am in safe hands which is very reassuring. I really like the online request system as I get a swift and helpful response. Any issues are dealt with in a careful and supportive way. A great GP Practice to be part of.
