"What an asset to the department"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

I saw my GP and after examination I was asked to attend for an x-ray.   On arrival at FVRH X-Ray department the receptionist at check-in made me aware there was possibly a 1 hours waiting list due to a system issue. 

After 45 minutes I was called and the radiographer Zoe apologised for my wait … I  was talked through and looked after during the whole procedure and also informed of the results wait time by Zoe and a further apology for my wait… what an asset to the x-ray department. 

Thank you Braesview receptionists, GP,  X-Ray receptionists & Zoe!!
