"Rehabilitation has helped me return home"

About: Princess of Wales Community Hospital / Inpatient Therapy Team

(as a service user),

After a fall and some weeks in hospital, I needed physio to help me return home. This has been brilliant. Arnie has been wonderful - he and the rest of the team energise me every day and make the work I do with them a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they bring everyone together to talk about how we are and what we’re doing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of your inpatient stay at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital and your involvement with the therapy team.

I am pleased to hear how your inpatient admission provided you with the physiotherapy you needed to return home.

It is lovely to hear you found this experience 'brilliant', and it is a pleasure to hear such positive feedback about Arnie and the impact he and the team have had on you.

I know Arnie and the team will be delighted to know their input and support has helped you in your recovery and I look forward to sharing this feedback with the team.

Thank you
