"She was so pleasant and caring"

About: Community Occupational Therapy / Kirkcaldy & Postural Management

(as a service user),

I opened the door and instantly knew the lady from occupational therapy was friendly and ready to help and see what was needed to give us some help to make things easier.

She was so pleasant and caring, and what we received is definitely working. Thank you Gillian and the Department for such good understanding.

Dear ariesxt63,

I am delighted to read that your experience with Community Occupational Therapy has been so positive and that Gillian has not only met your needs but that she has also made such a good impression. The Community OT service exists to promote people's safety and independence when carrying out essential everyday activities at home and feedback like yours lets us know that we are meeting those aims and getting it right. It is also a great morale boost for our valued staff members when people like yourself take the time to share such lovely compliments about our staff. So, I will make sure to share your kind words with Gillian, whom I am sure will be absolutely delighted to know that she has helped to make such a difference for you both. Thank you for sharing your Care Opinion story with us.

Best Wishes, Neil
