"The process was quick"

(as a service user),

After being in agony over the weekend with toothache, I phoned GDENS for advice. The process was quick and got an appointment in a few hours. I was very nervous, but I was quickly put at ease. The dentist and dental nurse were extremely friendly and explained everything they were doing clearly and made sure I was comfortable with it all. After an X -Ray, I was prescribed antibiotics for an abscess and was given advice to see my own dentist for further care. Thank you so much for excellent care.

Dental pain is never a pleasant experience, especially when feeling nervous, so it’s lovely to hear that the dentist and nurse were so supportive, clearly explaining everything and helping to put you at ease.

I hope the antibiotics have started to relieve your pain and that you’ve been able to arrange an appointment with your own dentist to get everything sorted.
