Attended Ninewells A&E today. 2 hours waiting - but I was aware of this wait due to update on notice board. It took 10 seconds to extract said grommet. Nurses and doctors were very efficient and professional in dealing with not just me, but all patients. Thank you all and keep smiling 😁 you're all stars.
