"The Observation Ward "

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

I was transferred to the Observation Ward after a brief time in A&e. The porters, nursing staff and doctor were all friendly and empathic. They genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone felt comfortable and were looked after. I have had some fairly negative experiences with nhs services recently but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here today. The only issue was that one of the bathrooms wasn’t the cleanest, but there was nothing else I could fault.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I will make sure to pass your comments onto the department.

Also thank you for raising the uncleanliness of the bathrooms this will be looked at.

Kind regards

Just to let you know I have been advised by hospital management that they are working extensively with our estate staff to improve the current cleaning schedule that is in place.

Kind regards
