After a bad outdoor fall, I was advised by 111 and a phone call from ambulance service, to go to A&E. I was given a CT head scan, hand x-ray, blood test and ECG very promptly. I was in the department for exactly 4 hours and couldn't have been treated better by the consultant and other staff. Thank you.
