"The staff were amazing"

About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8)

(as the patient),

I had a skin tag removed from my breast at PRI. Ward 7

The staff at PRI were amazing, I’m sorry that I can’t remember everyone’s names. But from the moment I arrived to when I left the care and treatment I received was excellent. 

Whilst having the surgery, staff were constantly telling me what was going on and I had a lovely woman chatting away to me the whole time. 

All in all I had an excellent experience at PRI.
