"Very reassuring and put me at ease"

About: Post-Menopausal Bleeding Specialist Nurses / Nurse-led Post Menopausal Bleeding Service

(as the patient),

Feeling nervous I arrived for my appointment. From the minute I walked in I was put at ease, and offered coffee/tea etc. I was then called through and met Sonya and Kelly Anne, who were lovely, and very reassuring and put me at ease.

They kept chatting throughout the procedure and explained what was happening and what they could see. They answered any question that I had.

At the end Sonya explained what would happen next, what symptoms I might have, and gave me information booklets to look over.

They were both excellent and made me relax , and I left feeling that it wasn't worth my anxiety prior to the appointment.

I hope I don't have to go back, but know that if I do, I will be in good hands.

Thank you Sonya and Kelly- Anne x
