(as a relative),

My brother received excellent care at the Causeway Hospital A + E department when he injured his leg. The staff were very caring and attentive and looked after all his needs excellently. A special mention to Finbar and Katrina who excelled in their care with professionalism, compassion and humour. They made my brother feel at ease and gave their time willingly in such a busy department. His care at Causeway A + E was excellent.

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for CAU ED. I am very sorry to hear that your brother recently had an injury and had to attend the department. Staff continue to work hard through sustained pressures, and aim to achieve a high standard of patient care at all times. I am delighted to hear that staff were caring and attentive, and that your brother received excellent care with a little splash of humour.
