"All caring human beings who are also very professional"

It was wonderful!  After a long wait to be seen (I went private during this time - not ideal!), it started with a letter and then a call from their MSK booking unit.  

This was handled very professionally and with empathy. I really couldn’t fault it. Then my appt with Joshua who was terrific - and I am seeing him again.

I have praised NHS Fife physiotherapy at The Victoria before but am doing it again as I think they really should be held up as an example of best practice! I would also like to say I had just a delightful an experience with Hannah (radiologist at the Bone Density Scan Unit) on Wednesday.  

All caring human beings who are also very professional and don’t place systems above people! Well done to all in my story.
