"Could not have had better or more considerate care"

Five star treatment from everyone concerned. Reception nurses were pleasant and really helpful - even getting a roomier gown for my comfort. The theatre staff were so efficient and reassuring. The recovery nurses couldn’t have done more to make me comfortable - offering a warm blanket and tea and toast at all hours throughout the night.

The anaesthetist was a charming young man who was extremely thorough. Dr Smith  - what a lady! A busy doctor, she took time to explain the whole procedure including drawing a diagram. She described in meticulous detail the procedure and the outcome - always in a kind and gentle manner  - with just the right touch of humour.

I felt completely safe in her extremely capable hands. As an elderly person I had dreaded the invasive procedure but could not have had better or more considerate care. My respect and gratitude for all concerned is boundless.
