(as a service user),

My daughter had anaphylaxis as she has lots of allergies. We had to call for an ambulance and the crew Andy and Damien were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they professional, but so attentive and reassuring and I felt safe. They are an A team and their humour and banter shows their respect for each other. 

The children’s ward were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble! Denise was great with my daughter! 

Thanks so much for the time, patience and care given to us.

It was heartening to learn how professional and attentive Andy and Damien were with you and your daughter and that you saw how their humour and banter showed their respect for each other. My name is Yvonne and I am the Ward Sister in the Children's Ward.

I hope you and your daughter are well.

Thank you so much for posting your lovely feedback on the care your daughter received on the ward. I can only image what a stressful experience you both had and am delighted that you felt safe with Andy, Damien and ourselves. I will definitely pass on your comments to Denise, she will be delighted and always happy to help.
