"Reassuring care and compassion"

About: Post-Menopausal Bleeding Specialist Nurses / One-Stop Post-Menopausal Bleeding Service

(as a service user),

Went to the post menopause bleeding outpatients at PRI and was cared for by Yvonne and Sonya.

Yvonne was kind, patient and compassionate from the moment she opened the door to me. Sonya demonstrated her expertise throughout, explaining what was happening and what she was seeing on the scan and what that meant.

Both of them had light-hearted conversation that they fully included me in, so making a time full of apprehension much more relaxed.

Both are a credit to NHS Tayside and the nursing profession.

Dear januarynm33

Many thanks for your very positive feedback you have taken the time to give in relation to your recent visit to the PMB clinic in Gynaecology Outpatients in Perth Royal Infirmary. It is so very reassuring to know that you had a very positive experience. To be shown kindness, compassion and patience along with excellent clinical expertise is an area that we advocate and are proud that we manage to achieve. I will make sure that Sonya and Yvonne see sight of your feedback and I would like to wish you very good wishes for the future
