I had to cancel an appointment I had with my psychiatrist at Lavender House earlier this year as I had COVID. I was asked if I could do the appointment over the phone which I said yes, definitely I just didn't want to go in for a face to face person and put my doctor or other potentially vulnerable patients at risk. When the receptionist asked my doctor if they would do this over the phone, they said no and they would rearrange a new appointment for me. Which is all fine, except it has now been 6 months and I have heard nothing. I've felt slightly dismissed in my experiences here in the past, and it has been a slight struggle for me to feel heard, but this really takes the cake. I also can't find an email to contact, and I am consistently unable to contact via telephone due to high call volumes. I feel quite let down.
