"They didn't make me feel like I wasted their time"

About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Abortion Service (Cedar Clinic)

(as the patient),

Going into my appointment I was really nervous but immediately I was put at ease by the three ladies that looked after me. They answered my questions, made sure I understood the whole process, explained each step to me and most importantly, didn't make me feel guilty or ashamed for being there. By the end of my appointment I felt a lot better about the care I would receive should I decide to go through with a termination and I really appreciate that they told me to take more time to think about it and didn't make me feel like I wasted their time.
