About: Crieff Community Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as the patient),

I turned up yesterday morning for what I thought was for bloods, but it turned out that it was the full M.O.T and I was not prepared and feeling stressed. Once I returned home 2 hrs later, I found out that I arrived on the wrong day it should have been the next day! The 2 ladies were extremely helpful and as there was no one waiting, they decided to do it right away, to stop me making the trip again. I had my bloods done then they produced as same bottle so I did it at the same time.

Because of my feeling stupid and stressed, my blood pressure results were so high they had to call the health centre and I had to wait until the doctor said I could leave. I was given two glasses of water and 2 small biscuits and I have nothing but praise for the understanding and help I received. Well done. I came home happy but told to take BP reading twice a day for a week.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience when visiting our Community Care and Treatment Service (CCATS).

It was so lovely to read that the staff you came in contact with were so helpful and that you had such a positive experience.

I will share your story with the team as this will allow them to recognise the good work they do, encouraging them to continue delivering a high standard of care.

Take care

Scott Sweaton
