"They take great care of you in every way"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I would like to thank A&E  department University of Ayr for the care I received in August before getting transferred 3E Stroke ward Crosshouse.

The care I received in 3E Stroke ward was outstanding they are very kind and caring in a extremely busy ward they make time for you while they are under pressure to reassure you and keep you smiling.

They take great care of you in every way and all their patients. From Dr's, nurses, Healthcare Assistants, domestics and porter's they do a fantastic job.

Dear foxtrotpm38

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the staff in the Emergency Department, University Hospital Ayr and Ward 3E within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you required admission to hospital following a stroke, but heartened to hear that you received such reassuring, friendly and professional care from our staff.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Teams who would have taken care of you. I know they will all be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge his care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
