"Don't listen to my GPs or myself"

About: Community Mental Health / Community Mental Health Team (Adult)

(as a service user),

Don't listen to my gps or myself about help I require. Now they just seem to decide that I don't need their help. My mental health is getting worse and I need more help that my gp surgery can't provide.

I am sorry to hear about the recent difficulty you have experienced with your mental health. Unfortunately, without further specific details of your own circumstances I am unable to further investigate the concerns that you have raised, and I am unable to discuss confidential information about your own care and treatment on a public forum such as this.

I would therefore ask that you contact the Service directly and ask to speak to either Karen Renucci, Team Leader, or myself, Chris Gilmour, Service Manager, and we can look into the issues you have raised in more detail.
