Second to none care, help and support is consistent. Staff go the extra mile.
My father has MND, and has support from an amazing, very patient physiotherapist Sarah.
She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and shows so much care and understanding. Dad looks forward to her visits.
Sam, the Occupational Therapist helped give dad a new lease of life. She measured him for a specialist recliner chair which supports his weakening muscles. She spent time talking with dad about their joint interest in gardening.
The Community Matron Julie and her team, Emma and Alice have worked wonders with Dad. Their exemplary care and support is very much appreciated.
I cannot thank these wonderful ladies enough for their ongoing help, support and kindness, dad is so lucky to be receiving such outstanding care.
These ladies provide support/help to mum and myself too if needed, it really means such a lot.
They all have a good sense of humour and provide dad with confidence to talk ( he’s not a chatty man)
Thank you Torrington team, you’re a team of excellence!!
