"Using my personal data without my agreement"

About: Hazeldene Medical Centre

Today, September 2024, I've been notified that I've been removed from my new GP patient list because I registered with GP Pathfinder Clinics. I didn't do it. Because of that fraud, I lost my appointment for changing my dressing of the scalp wound, I lost my prescription for the infection from my dermatologist. I had to reenrole with my GP. Obviously, GP Pathfinder Clinics doesn't answer the phone. I hope NHS will cancel their licence of practice. Thank you.
