"Very supportive and non-judgemental"

About: Rutherglen & Cambuslang Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (Rutherglen and Cambuslang)

(as a service user),

I was having a blood test to be done and was with nurse Margarette. I am usually not anxious about needles but last time when I had a blood test, I fainted after the blood was being taken from the hands. I just mentioned that to the nurse and she was indeed very supportive, non-judgemental and indeed as much careful as she can that she made sure I was not at all having any discomfort at that point of time. Very helpful and such nice experience advising me to take food or meals before taking a blood test as long as the doctor suggest fasting in the form. Very expressive yet so much considering, loved it and made my day 😊
