"Staff on Ward 107 made me feel safe and looked after"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / General Surgery

(as a service user),

I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the staff that looked after me post-surgery on Ward 107.

When I say nothing was too much I mean it. Everyone was so attentive and caring and made me really feel safe and looked after. It was not just the nursing staff either. The ward clerks and CSW's were brilliant too.

A big thank you from me to you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback in relation to the care you received from the team in 107. I am delighted to learn that you felt safe a looked after and that staff were attentive and caring - I'm sure the team in Ward 107 will be equally delighted to learn of your experience, which I will make sure to share.

I hope that you are doing well after your surgery and that you are making a speedy recovery.

With best wishes,

Shaun
