"Really put my mind at ease"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

On arrival I was taken on time. The nurse done some tests and then I was immediately seen by Mr Latif. He was really good at explaining in detail what my operation entailed. He took time to ask if I had any questions and really put my mind at ease.
