(as a relative),

Mum was cared for so well, diagnosed quickly and staff were excellent at answering questions / explaining things to mum and family members.  The staff made an awful stressful time, less awful and stressful.

My name is Brenda O’Neill, I am the interim Lead Nurse for Gynaecology Antrim & Causeway.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your mum's experience in Causeway, Gynae Ward. It can indeed be a stressful time not only for our patients but all family members.

I am pleased your mum had a caring experience during her stay in hospital. To have caring and compassionate staff who make people feel at ease and enhance public confidence in our service is such a positive attribute. I will pass on your kind words, they will be delighted to learn of this.
