"Asking for sandwich"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I asked for a sandwich from the staff at same day emergency care. They said they didn’t have any but they offered two other patients in the Bay C and didn’t asked me so I’ve haven’t eaten all day apart from packet of crisps, they were like, you can get it from downstairs from shop.
