"I have found the staff to be professional and caring"

A couple of months ago while being taken off dialysis my fistula burst. The prompt action taken by nurse Sam in stemming the bleeding and the patience shown by nurse  Ailsa on the journey to QE Glasgow helped in saving my life. Both nurses when thanked simply said “ I was just doing my job.” 

I have found the staff on the unit to be professional and caring, taking time to listen and talk. This applies to the students and  auxiliaries  also. I mustn’t forget the housekeeping staff who always treat us well.
