(as a relative),

My husband, his carer and I (his wife) visited the ILC in August following a telephone consultant with Fiona. 

The experience far exceeded our expectations.  Apart from Fiona's knowledge and skills as a physio specialising in independent living, her determination to find a solution for my husband (complex range of issues - cognitive and physical) was excellent.  She took time to understand the issues; dealt with new issues we brought up during the session; provided a huge amount of advice and contacts and her manner was warm, friendly and professional. 

This was our first experience of ILC and it could not have been better.  Thank you Fiona, ILC and the NHS.
