On arrival at A and E, WSH I was in excruciating back pain and seen quickly by Nurses, who assured me I would receive pain killing medication asap. I received this and care and attention was 1st class. The dept. is exceptionally kind and attentive, a Doctor attended me and despite unresolved diagnosis, A and E could not have been more efficient and did ensure painkillers were given at frequent times. It is so clean, staff are wonderful and Nurses attending me were superb in my treatment. Thank you.
